WHAT TYPES OF PAYMENTS DO YOU ACCEPT?

We accept VISA, MasterCard, American Express, Discover and Paypal.

We are unable to accept checks or money orders at this time.

Apple Pay - We are adding Apple Pay as a payment option soon.

 

DO YOU CHARGE SALES TAX?

Orders shipping to addresses in California are subject to California state sales tax.

 

HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE TO PROCESS AND SHIP MY ORDER?

We process and ship your order within 1 — 3 days from the time you place it.

All orders placed through our online boutique from Sunday through Thursday are packaged and shipped-out from our facility the following day. If you place your order after 1PM on Friday, we will process and ship your order on Monday morning — as we are closed on Saturday and Sunday.

WHAT SHIPPING CARRIERS AND SHIPPING OPTIONS DO YOU OFFER?

We are currently only offering shipping within the United States via USPS Priority Mail. 

Making shipments affordable is one of our top goals. As we just recently opened our online store, we are currently researching and testing the best options to save our customers as much money on shipping as possible. We will be offering multiple shipping carriers and options within the coming months to better suit our customers' needs while offering the most affordable options available. 

For the next several weeks, we will only be offering this one shipping option, but if you have a question about using a different carrier or option, just send us a message — we'll get right back to you. 

 

DO YOU SHIP OUTSIDE OF THE US?

We are currently only shipping within the United States via USPS. 

We will be offering shipping options to Canada soon..

If you live outside of the US and would like to place an order — contact us, and we'll research shipping options available for you. 

 

WHEN DO 'SOLD OUT' ITEMS BECOME AVAILABLE AGAIN?

Items that are 'SOLD OUT' will be restocked within 1 to 7 days.

It's our goal to have our inventory fully stocked at all times, but because we make everything by hand, in small batches, in-house here at Earthy Candle Company, there are times when an item is sold out for a day or more (up to a week) depending on our production workload at that time.

ARE EARTHY PRODUCTS ANIMAL-FREE?

Yes. All Earthy Candle Co products are animal-free and cruelty-free.

All Earthy Candle Company products are made from vegetable-based and plant-based ingredients and materials.

Earthy Candle Co. products are vegetarian and vegan friendly. 

*Some of our products have the word 'honey' in the product/fragrance name, this is a fragrance note characteristic only. There is no actual bee honey in any of our fragrances or products.

 

HOW DO I SAFELY AND CORRECTLY USE MY CANDLES?

All Earthy Candle Co. candle products include a warning label with safety and product use instructions and information located at the bottom of the container. Be sure to always read the warning label before using any candle product.

 

What Should i do if my package arrives damaged?

All of our products are carefully and professionally packaged to avoid any damage during the shipping process. If for any reason your package arrives damaged — please contact us immediately. 

Though it rarely ever happens, carriers are known to accidentally damage items during transit. We do everything we can to avoid such occurrences, but in the event it does happen, we'll work with you to make the experience as hassle-free as possible. Note: Packages shipped from Earthy Candle Co. are insured.

RETURNS/EXCHANGES:
If you need to return/exchange an item for any reason, please contact us immediately. We will discuss the issue and act accordingly. Contact us for instructions on how to return/exchange items. Please Do Not return your items/package to the 'return mailing address on your package. We will provide you with a shipping address solely for this purpose, upon contacting us.
